Spinal decompression therapy at Platinum Health Solutions is a safe, non-surgical treatment performed in-office on an outpatient basis. During each session, you’ll lie on a motorized table with a specialized harness around your lower torso. As the lower portion of the table gently moves, it creates a controlled stretch in your spine, relieving pressure on compressed discs and promoting healing.

Sessions typically last under 20 minutes, three times per week for about a month, with most patients experiencing relief in just 6–10 treatments. The full course of care generally concludes in eight weeks, depending on your individual response.

To support long-term results, we incorporate a full rehabilitation program that strengthens the muscles, ligaments, and tendons that stabilize your spine. Adjunctive therapies—such as heat, muscle stimulation, ultrasound, cold therapy, and targeted exercises—are used to enhance healing and improve muscular control.
